(we can often be flexible with these times, so feel free to ask)

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm a booking. Balance is payable on arrival.
Tentative booking can only be held for 7 days without a confirming deposit.

A $200 bond may be requested at the managers discretion. This is repayable after the cottage has been cleaned to our satisfaction.

Standard industry cancellation fees apply to all bookings:

21-60 days prior to booking date - 50% of deposit non refundable
Up to 21 days prior to booking date - 100% of deposit non refundable
After arrival - 100% of total price non refundable
